QSP Consulting was founded by two ambitious women with a shared passion for quality management and client relationships. We created QSP with one clear mission: to make it easier for businesses to achieve ISO certification without the stress and hassle, and to help them unlock new revenue opportunities from within their existing client base.

As a certified Lead Auditor, she specialises in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and outsourced account management, helping businesses streamline processes, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable growth. Drawing on her varied background, she brings a structured, strategic approach combined with a genuine passion for building long-term partnerships that deliver measurable results.

With over 20 years’ experience in client relationship management, Louise has worked with businesses of all sizes and across multiple sectors. As an IRCA-certified ISO 9001 specialist, she designs tailored Quality Management Systems that are practical, effective, and built to fit seamlessly into SME operations. Her focus on clear communication, strong foundations, and consistent delivery helps clients unlock growth opportunities, improve retention, and achieve long-term success.
